Import Finance - known as Trade Finance -
supports the funding gap between receiving payment from a UK customer order placed on credit terms, and the payment demanded by the overseas supplier before goods reach their destination.
As part of the service, we raise and manage the Letter of Credit (LC) with the supplier, reducing the risks associated with importing, and reducing complicated paperwork.
Finance Grid can fund up to 65% of overseas purchase value.

Merchants requiring transaction finance will be verified prior to the service becoming available. Finance Grid will charge merchants a single fee of £100 to carry out the account setup and verification. |
